We have been building strings and cables for more than 20 years, ultimately accumulating the vast array of experiences and knowledge that have led us to Flagship Bowstrings.

We utilize Baker Archery Products jigs and accessories for lay-up, Specialty Archery Products Super Server 2500 and Quick Stretch 350 (twisting, tensioning, and serving), and only premium bowstring fibers and serving materials from BCY Fibers to construct our bow and crossbow strings and cables.

We serve our end loops under a minimum of 150 pounds of tension with 0.007″ diameter BCY Halo serving. Twists are added using a calculated number at a determined ratio for uniformity… all under a minimum of 450 pounds of tension.

Strings and cables are moved to air cylinders for tensioning at a constant 350 pounds for a minimum of 12 hours.

When tensioning has been completed, 0.014″ BCY Halo serving is applied while strings and cables are tensioned under 450 pounds. This allows for little to no break-in time and virtually zero peep rotation.
